Multifunctional seaside park

The embankment constitutes the continuation of the Olympion Coast, beginning in front of the City centre until the old harbor. The valorization if the area has already been greatly done and through the Area Plan its completion is foreseen by constructing a pedestrian road next to the sea, a cyclist track throughout its length, an extra parking space and use of areas that remain unexploited. With this thought, the reformation of the Olympium Coast has already been planned and executed, having as a result the positive influence to the whole area, something also reflected by its use by numerous visitors all year long. The reformation of the whole Coastal front is completed with the planning that has already been elaborated for the old harbor and its west by the construction of the marina and of the Aktea road up to new port of Limassol.
